Inventory Manager

Fashion Dwar is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to oversee all inventory-related activities and ensure accurate, real-time updates on the Vastra App. The role involves managing stock levels, tracking product movement, coordinating with purchasing and sales teams, and maintaining accurate inventory records across all channels.

• Key ResponsibilitiesInventory ManagementMonitor and manage inventory levels for all products.
• Maintain accurate records of stock received, sold, returned, and transferred.
• Conduct regular stock audits and physical inventory checks.
• Identify slow-moving, fast-moving, and out-of-stock items.
• Vastra App UpdatesUpdate product inventory status on the Vastra App on a daily basis.
• Ensure all stock quantities, product availability, and inventory changes are reflected accurately in the app.
• Upload and maintain product information, sizes, colors, and stock variations.
• Provide real-time updates regarding new arrivals, stock replenishments, and stock shortages.
• Reporting & AnalysisPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
• Share stock movement and inventory status updates with management.
• Analyze inventory trends and recommend reorder quantities.
• Report discrepancies and take corrective action promptly.
• CoordinationCoordinate with warehouse, purchasing, and sales teams to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Follow up on pending deliveries and supplier stock updates.
• Support product launches and seasonal inventory planning.
• Compliance & AccuracyMaintain inventory accuracy targets and minimize stock discrepancies.
• Ensure proper documentation for all inventory transactions.
• Implement inventory control procedures and best practices.
• Required SkillsStrong knowledge of inventory management processes.
• Experience using inventory or ERP software; familiarity with the Vastra App is preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Good reporting and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Fashion Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 2–5 years of inventory management experience, preferably in fashion, apparel, or retail.
• Experience managing stock across online and offline sale
