Senior Software Engineer - AI and Search Intelligence

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in software development.
• 5 years of experience testing, and launching software products, and 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms
• 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
• 3 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization involving cross-functional, or cross-business projects.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic technical gaol and roadmap for the Search Growth in India.Identify, evaluate, and advocate the adoption of AI and key techniques to fundamentally improve information retrieval, synthesis, and user experience.
• Identify, evaluate, and advocate the adoption of AI and key techniques to fundamentally improve information retrieval, synthesis, and user experience. Guide architectural decisions for scalable, reliable distributed systems that generate and display AIO/AIM content, focusing on long-term maintainability and integration with Search infrastructure.
• Guide architectural decisions for scalable, reliable distributed systems that generate and display AIO/AIM content, focusing on long-term maintainability and integration with Search. Contribute to the search organization's broader technical strategy and represent the team in high-level architectural forums
• Have AI Fluency and be prepared to discuss your knowledge of AI tools in the hiring process.
