Area Business Manager-Portfolio-AGRI-FIN-PROJECTS (AF)-Marketing Branches Operations
- Responsible for managing and growing the portfolio in agriculture finance and projects within the marketing branches. - Oversee business operations and ensure achievement of sales targets in the assigned area. - Coordinate with various teams to drive marketing and operational activities related to agriculture finance. - Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders to enhance business growth. - Monitor branch performance and implement strategies for portfolio expansion. - Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. - Support branch teams in operational and marketing efforts to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. - Drive initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and branch productivity. - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. - Lead and mentor branch staff to achieve organizational goals.Job role
