Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify corporate leads.
• Connect with HR leaders, CXOs, and decision-makers.
• Present HealBoxx’s employee wellness solutions.
• Schedule and conduct client meetings and product presentations.
• Build and maintain long-term corporate relationships.
• Negotiate and close B2B partnerships.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Corporate Business Development or B2B Sales.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience selling HR solutions, healthcare, SaaS, insurance, or employee wellness services is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel for client meetings.
