 ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Lead – Retail Sales Associate to manage and guide a team of retail sales associates. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining store operations, and motivating the team to achieve business targets.

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the retail sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer escalations professionally.
• Maintain proper store appearance, merchandising, and inventory management.
• Support in staff training, onboarding, and performance improvement activities.
• Track sales reports, attendance, and operational performance metrics.
• Coordinate with management for smooth store operations and target achievement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational guidelines.
• Assist in planning promotional activities and sales campaigns.
• Maintain discipline and positive team culture within the store.

 KEY REQUIREMENT

• Graduation preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in retail sales and team handling.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
• Flexible to work in rotational shifts and weekends if required
