About the RoleSMATE Trendy & Luxury is looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to promote our premium sliding door and interior solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing marketing strategies, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business leads through field visits, referrals, and digital platforms.
• Meet architects, interior designers, builders, dealers, contractors, and corporate clients.
• Present and demonstrate SMATE products and solutions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
• Conduct market research and analyze competitors.
• Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns.
• Manage social media promotions and coordinate with the digital marketing team.
• Follow up with prospects and existing customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Coordinate with the design, production, and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
