Job Description
Job Summary:We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant Cum Office Assistant to manage daily accounting tasks and support overall office operations at our electrical showroom.
- Key Responsibilities:Maintain daily accounts (cash, bank, sales, purchase entries)
- Handle billing, invoicing, and GST-related work
- Track stock and coordinate with sales team
- Manage payment follow-ups and basic client communication
- Maintain records, files, and office documentation
- Assist in preparing reports (daily/weekly/monthly)
- Support general office administration work
- Requirements:Basic knowledge of accounting (Tally preferred)
- Familiar with MS Excel and billing software
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / B.Com preferred
- Freshers or 1–2 years experience can apply
- Preferred Skills:Experience in retail/shop accounting
- Basic understanding of GST and invoicing
- Ability to multitask and work independently
