Job Description

The Roll Cook will be responsible for preparing and assembling Kolkata-style Kathi Rolls, Egg Rolls, Chicken Rolls, Mutton Rolls, Paneer Rolls, and Mughlai Parathas according to standard recipes and portion sizes. The role requires speed, consistency, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently during peak hours.
