Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Inside Sales & Service Executive to manage incoming sales leads, coordinate customer service requests, and support lead conversion. The candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries received through IndiaMART, TradeIndia, social media platforms, and other lead sources while ensuring timely follow-ups and effective customer support.
Key ResponsibilitiesInside Sales & Lead Management
- Handle incoming leads and inquiries received through IndiaMART, TradeIndia, social media platforms, website, WhatsApp, and other sources.
- Contact customers promptly to understand their requirements.
- Share product details, catalogues, quotations, and other relevant information.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
- Update lead status, customer details, follow-up remarks, and activities in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team for technical discussions, demonstrations, quotations, and order finalization.
- Convert qualified leads into sales opportunities and confirmed orders.
- Maintain customer relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business.
Customer Service & Complaint Handling
- Attend customer calls, service requests, and complaints professionally.
- Understand and record customer issues accurately.
- Create help desk tickets for all customer complaints and service requests.
- Assign service tickets to the appropriate Service Engineer based on location, availability, and technical requirements.
- Coordinate with Service Engineers and customers regarding service schedules.
- Follow up on open service tickets until completion.
- Update customers regarding the status and progress of their service requests.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Close help desk tickets after receiving service completion confirmation and customer feedback.
