Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Generate leads and acquire new clients for:
- CCTV & surveillance systems
- Fire alarm systems
- Access control & biometrics
- Home & building automation
- Video door phones & digital locks
- boom barriers & parking solutions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals
Boom Barrier Sales & Dealer Development
- Drive sales of boom barriers and parking solutions
- Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, and channel partners
- Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers
- Provide training, support, and guidance to dealer network
- Expand market reach through strategic partnerships
Marketing & Branding
- Execute marketing campaigns (online & offline)
- Promote company products through social media, events, and networking platforms
- Coordinate with design/creative teams for promotional materials
- Identify new market opportunities and competitor analysiS
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and after-sales coordination
- Handle client queries and provide suitable solutions
Requirements:
- Diploma OR Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 2+ years experience in sales/marketing (security systems experience preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in dealer/channel development is an advantage
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business expansion
- Basic technical understanding of electronic/security systems is a plus
