Job Description
We are looking for a motivated, responsible, and detail-oriented professional to join ASL Freight & Logistics. The ideal candidate should be able to coordinate daily logistics operations, communicate effectively with customers and transport partners, and ensure timely shipment execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily freight and transportation operations.
• Communicate with customers, drivers, and transport vendors.
• Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates.
• Prepare and maintain operational records and reports.
• Resolve operational issues and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Support the team in achieving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Email).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn.
• Experience in logistics or transportation will be preferred (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
