Job Description
Job Title: Frontline Sales Executive
Location: Bangalore
The RoleWe are looking for a smart and friendly Sales Executive to represent Butterflies Trends. Your main job is to speak with customers, showcase our latest clothing collections, and help them find exactly what they are looking for.
What You Will Do:
- Talk to Customers: Greet customers and have clear, helpful conversations to understand their fashion needs.
- Show & Sell: Confidently explain our products, answer questions, and help customers decide to buy.
- Manage Sales: Assist with billing, handling orders, and ensuring every customer leaves happy.
Who You Are:
- Language Skills: You are comfortable and polite when speaking in English and Kannada.
- Experience: You have at least 1 year of experience in a sales or retail environment.
- Convincing: You have a natural way of speaking that helps customers feel excited about our clothes.
- Positive: You are hardworking, punctual, and always ready to help.
