Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Automation Engineer to design, program, and support industrial automation systems. The candidate will work on PLC, HMI, robotics, servo systems, and vision systems to improve manufacturing efficiency and machine performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, program, and commission automation systems (PLC, HMI, robotics, motion control)
- Develop automated solutions for manufacturing and quality processes
- Troubleshoot machine issues and reduce downtime
- Work with production, maintenance, and design teams
- Prepare technical documentation (wiring diagrams, SOPs)
- Support continuous improvement and Industry 4.0 initiatives
- Train operators and maintenance staff
Required Skills:
- PLC: Omron / Siemens / Mitsubishi
- HMI: Weintek / Omron / Mitsubishi
- Robotics: Yaskawa / Fanuc
- Vision Systems: Keyence / Cognex / Omron
- Servo & motion control systems
- Strong troubleshooting and system integration skills
- Basic knowledge of electrical control panels
