Job Description
Position: Customer Support Executive
Experience: Freshers / 0–1 Year
Qualification: PUC / Any Graduate
Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Incentives
Location: Rajajinagar
- Roles & Responsibilities:Handle customer queries through calls, chat, and email.
- Provide prompt and accurate information to customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team.
- Follow company policies and quality standards.
- Required Skills:Good communication skills in English and regional languages are an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
