Job Description
Business Development Executive (BDE)
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, referrals, and other sources.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable residential and commercial properties.
- Schedule and conduct site visits with prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads regularly and maintain strong client relationships.
- Negotiate deals and assist clients throughout the sales process.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and update client information in the CRM.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or MBA (experienced candidates can apply).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to build client relationships.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Salary Structure: 20000-40000 /per month + Incentives
