Job SummaryThe Slimming & Beauty Therapist is responsible for delivering high-quality slimming, body contouring, beauty, and wellness treatments while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The therapist will assist clients throughout their treatment journey, maintain treatment records, and promote a safe, hygienic, and professional clinic environment.

• Key ResponsibilitiesClient CareWelcome clients professionally and provide a comfortable treatment experience.
• Explain treatment procedures and after-care instructions.
• Maintain complete confidentiality of client information.
• Build long-term relationships through excellent service and follow-up.
• Slimming TreatmentsPerform body slimming and inch-loss therapies as per clinic protocols.
• Operate body contouring and fat reduction equipment after appropriate training.
• Record body measurements before, during, and after treatment.
• Monitor client progress and report concerns to the supervising doctor or clinic manager.
• Beauty & Wellness TreatmentsPerform beauty and wellness therapies as assigned, including body polishing, body spa, and other approved services.
• Assist doctors and cosmetologists during advanced procedures whenever required.
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure equipment is ready before each session.
• Equipment HandlingOperate slimming and aesthetic machines according to manufacturer guidelines and clinic SOPs.
• Conduct basic equipment checks before each treatment.
• Report equipment faults or maintenance requirements promptly.
• Hygiene & SafetyMaintain the highest standards of cleanliness and infection control.
• Sterilize reusable tools and dispose of waste as per clinic protocols.
• Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• DocumentationMaintain accurate treatment records and consent documentation.
• Update client progress in the clinic management system.
• Record product usage and treatment consumables.
• Sales & Service SupportEducate clients on treatment packages and home-care products.
• Recommend suitable products and services based on client needs.
• Support the achievement of branch revenue targets through ethical cross-selling and upselling.
• Team CollaborationCoordinate with doctors, cosmetologists, nutritionists, front office staff, and branch management.
• Attend training sessions and implement updated treatment protocols.
• Participate in promotional activities, client engagement events, and wellness campaigns when required.
• Required QualificationsDiploma or Certification in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, Aesthetics, or a related field.
• Experience in slimming, beauty, wellness, or aesthetic clinics is preferred.
• Freshers with relevant training and a willingness to learn may also apply.
• Required SkillsStrong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service orientation.
• Knowledge of slimming and beauty procedures.
• Ability to operate aesthetic and wellness equipment after training.
• Professional grooming and presentation.
• Basic computer skills for maintaining treatment records.
• Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
