Job Description
Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to customers for overdue loan payments.
* Follow up with customers and ensure timely recovery of outstanding dues.
* Explain outstanding balances, payment options, and repayment schedules.
* Negotiate payment plans as per company guidelines.
* Update customer interaction details in the CRM system.
* Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate resolutions.
* Meet daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
* Maintain complete confidentiality of customer information.
* Follow RBI guidelines and company policies during the collection process.
## Eligibility Criteria
* Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass / Graduate (Preferred)
* Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply.
* Experience in Loan Collection, Recovery, Telecalling, or Customer Service will be an added advantage.
* Good communication skills in Hindi. Basic English knowledge is preferred.
