Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all human resource functions across our retail showrooms, manufacturing unit, and corporate operations. The ideal candidate will manage recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and workforce development while supporting the company's growth objectives.
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for showroom, factory, and office staff.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary processes.
- Coordinate attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, and HR operations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and welfare initiatives.
- Oversee performance appraisal and performance improvement programs.
- Conduct training and development programs for employees and managers.
- Support workforce planning and talent management initiatives.
- Maintain employee records, HR reports, and HRMIS data with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Partner with management to align HR strategies with business goals.
- RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA HR preferred).
- 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in retail, furniture, manufacturing, or FMCG sectors.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll processes, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Preferred SkillsMulti-location workforce management experience.
- Retail showroom or furniture industry exposure.
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
