Store Incharge - Infrastructure / Electrical Project

Store Incharge (220kV Transmission Line Project)Job Overview We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Store Incharge to manage our project site store for the 220kV MC Chakan -Transmission Line. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end inventory management, tracking heavy transmission line materials, and ensuring accurate material reconciliation.

• Inventory & Material Management: Oversee the safe receipt, storage, and dispatch of transmission line components including tower parts, hardware materials, and steel structures.
• Material In/Out Tracking: Maintain daily logs of all incoming materials from vendors and outgoing stock issued to site supervisors or contractors.
• Material Reconciliation: Conduct detailed reconciliations of received versus utilized materials, tracking steel consumption against project designs to minimize wastage.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate Monthly Inventory Reports and stock balance sheets to the project management team.
• Documentation: Handle delivery challans, purchase orders, gate passes, and physical verification records.

Requirements & Qualifications Attribute Specification Education Diploma / Graduate / Degree (Engineering or Supply Chain backgrounds preferred)Experience Prior experience in storekeeping, inventory management, or logistics (experience in electrical infrastructure, transmission lines, or substations is a major plus)Technical Skills Proficient in Advanced Excel (formulas, tracking sheets) and basic computer operations Domain Knowledge Familiarity with Tower materials, Hardware materials, and Steel consumption tracking

• Key Competencies Strong numerical ability for accurate inventory counts and reconciliation.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and vendors.
