Job Description
🚀 Hiring: Business Development Executive | Zillion Biz | Bangalore
We’re looking for a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive who can generate leads, build client relationships, and drive business growth through effective sales and follow-up activities.
📍 Location
Bangalore (Work From Office)
BTM Layout Stage 2
🕒 Work Schedule
6 Days a Week
2nd & 4th Saturday Off
🎯 Primary Responsibilities
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels
• Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and meetings
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
• Maintain and update lead databases, CRM records, and sales reports
• Follow up with prospects and nurture them through the sales pipeline
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
• Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
🎯 Secondary Responsibilities
• Support marketing campaigns and lead generation activities
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Assist in creating business proposals and presentations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Use ChatGPT and AI tools for outreach ideas, sales communication, and productivity
✅ Required Skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Mandatory)
• Ability to manage leads and maintain accurate records
• Good organizational and follow-up skills
• Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage
• Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment
🌐 Language Requirements
• English (Mandatory)
• Hindi (Preferred)
• Kannada (Preferred)
• Telugu (Preferred)
🎓 Preferred Experience
• 1–3 years in Business Development, Sales, Lead Generation, Client Acquisition, or similar roles
• Experience handling B2B or B2C sales processes is a plus
• Experience working with CRM systems and sales tracking tools is preferred

💰 Salary
₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)
