Job Description

Manage and oversee day-to-day logistics and transportation operations.

Plan, coordinate, and monitor shipments to ensure timely deliveries.

Supervise dispatch, fleet operations, warehouse coordination, and delivery teams.

Optimize routes, vehicle utilization, and operational costs.

Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

Monitor operational KPIs and prepare regular performance reports.

Resolve operational issues, customer escalations, and delivery challenges promptly.

Coordinate with clients, transport partners, vendors, and internal departments.

Lead, train, and motivate the operations team to achieve business objectives.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.

Manage documentation, invoicing support, and shipment records accurately.
