Job SummaryOrganic World is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive sales performance, manage teams, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in retail store management, preferably in supermarkets, grocery, FMCG, or organic food retail.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the store.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maximize store profitability.
• Lead, motivate, and supervise store staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock availability, and replenishment activities.
• Ensure proper merchandising, product display, and store presentation.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Analyze sales reports and develop strategies to improve performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with vendors, warehouse, and procurement teams for stock management.
• Control store expenses, shrinkage, and wastage.
• Conduct staff training, performance reviews, and workforce planning.
• Required QualificationsGraduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail store management.
• Strong knowledge of supermarket/grocery retail operations.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Proficient in inventory management and POS systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
