हेयर स्टाइलिस्ट – नौकरी का विवरण

हेयर स्टाइलिस्ट एक ब्यूटी प्रोफेशनल होता है जो ग्राहकों को हेयर केयर और हेयर स्टाइलिंग सेवाएँ प्रदान करता/करती है। इस भूमिका में बाल काटना, कलर करना, स्टाइल करना, साथ ही हेयर केयर रूटीन पर सलाह देना और उपयुक्त प्रोडक्ट्स की सिफारिश करना शामिल है।

  • मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ (Key Responsibilities):ग्राहकों से बातचीत कर उनकी पसंद और मनचाहा लुक समझना।
  • ग्राहकों के निर्देशों और मौजूदा ट्रेंड्स के अनुसार बाल काटना, ट्रिम करना और स्टाइल करना।
  • हेयर कलरिंग, हाइलाइट्स, ब्लीचिंग और अन्य केमिकल ट्रीटमेंट्स करना।
  • डीप कंडीशनिंग, स्मूदनिंग या रिपेयरिंग जैसे हेयर ट्रीटमेंट्स करना।
  • ग्राहक के फेस शेप, हेयर टाइप और लाइफस्टाइल के अनुसार हेयर स्टाइल और हेयर केयर प्रोडक्ट्स की सलाह देना।
  • स्टाइलिंग टूल्स, उपकरणों और वर्कस्टेशन की साफ-सफाई और स्वच्छता बनाए रखना।
  • नवीनतम हेयर ट्रेंड्स, तकनीकों और प्रोडक्ट्स की जानकारी अपडेट रखना।
  • उत्कृष्ट कस्टमर सर्विस सुनिश्चित करना ताकि ग्राहकों के साथ अच्छे संबंध बनाए और बनाए रखे जा सकें।
  • कौशल एवं योग्यता (Skills & Qualifications):हेयर स्टाइलिस्ट, हेयरड्रेसर या बार्बर के रूप में प्रमाणित अनुभव।
  • विभिन्न हेयर टाइप्स, स्टाइल्स और ट्रीटमेंट्स का अच्छा ज्ञान।
  • रचनात्मकता और बारीकियों पर ध्यान देने की क्षमता।
  • अच्छे कम्युनिकेशन और इंटरपर्सनल स्किल्स।
  • तेज़-तर्रार (फास्ट-पेस्ड) माहौल में काम करने की क्षमता।
