Job SummaryWe are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our International Voice Process for the Insurance domain. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, prior experience in handling international customers, and the ability to provide high-quality customer service.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and/or outbound customer calls for international clients.
• Resolve customer queries related to insurance products and services.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting quality standards.
• Accurately document customer interactions in the system.
• Follow company policies, processes, and compliance guidelines.
• Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Eligibility CriteriaQualification: Graduate (Mandatory)
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of International Voice Process experience.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing proficiency.
• Shift DetailsShift: Australian Shift
• Timing: 3:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• SalaryUp to ₹4 LPA (Based on experience and interview performance)
