Salary: ₹15,000/ month + Monthly Incentives
About the Role:Humari team ko grow karne ke liye hume ek active aur energetic Telecaller / Telesales Executive ki zaroorat hai. Aapka main kaam phone par customers se baat karna, unhe products/services ke baare me samjhana, aur sales leads convert karna hoga.
- Responsibility (Aapko kya karna hoga):Provided lead data par calling karna aur clients se respectfully baat karna.
- Customers ko products/services ke features aur offers ache se explain karna.
- Clients ke doubts clear karna aur regular follow-ups lena.
- Daily basis par calls ka record aur status report update karna.
- Sales target complete karne par focus karna aur direct conversion nikalna.
- Requirements (Candidate me kya hona chahiye):Education: Minimum 12th pass (Freshers & Experienced dono apply kar sakte hain).
- Communication: Clear Hindi bolna aana chahiye (Basic English bolna/samjhna ek plus point hoga).
- Skills: Convincing power, patient listening skill, aur basic computer/Excel ki knowledge.
- Target-driven mindset aur sales pe focus.
