Job Title: Dance Trainer

Job Summary: We are looking for an energetic and passionate Dance Trainer to conduct engaging group fitness dance classes. The ideal candidate should inspire members, ensure a safe workout environment, and deliver an enjoyable fitness experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct high-energy dance fitness classes for members of all fitness levels.

Teach proper dance techniques and ensure participant safety.

Motivate and engage members throughout each session.

Plan and update choreography and playlists regularly.

Monitor participants' progress and provide guidance when needed.

Maintain a positive, inclusive, and energetic class environment.

Follow company standards, safety protocols, and class schedules.

Requirements:

Experience in dance or dance fitness (e.g., Zumba, Bollywood, Hip-Hop, or similar).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Energetic, confident, and motivating personality.

Ability to lead group fitness classes effectively.

Dance or fitness certification is preferred.

Flexible to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
