Job Description

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or back-office coordination.


Education: Graduate in any discipline.


Key Responsibilities


* Inventory management and stock reconciliation

* Preparing GRNs, invoices, and dispatch documents

* Coordinating inward and outward shipments

* Maintaining warehouse records and MIS reports

* Working with Amazon/Flipkart/FBA shipment documentation (preferred)

* Coordinating with logistics partners and transporters

* Ensuring accurate data entry in ERP and Excel

* Supporting warehouse audits and stock verification


Required Skills


* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel

* Good communication and coordination skills

* High attention to detail and accuracy

* Experience with ERP or inventory management software is an advantage

* Comfortable using ChatGPT and AI tools to improve productivity and documentation


Location: Handewadi Chowk, Pune
