Business Development Executive

Marwadi Traders is a leading Stock Market Institute dedicated to providing practical and professional education in trading, investing, and financial markets. We help students, working professionals, and aspiring traders build successful careers through industry-focused training and mentorship.

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to generate leads, and convert inquiries into admissions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a sales mindset, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities-

• Generate and qualify leads through calls, social media, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
• Contact prospective students and explain the institute's courses and benefits.
• Convert inquiries into sales by understanding customer needs.
• Follow up with leads regularly and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
• Maintain CRM records and update customer interactions.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to improve lead generation strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students and corporate clients.

Required Skills-

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Basic understanding of sales and customer relationship management.
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
• Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of stock market basics is an added advantage.

Eligibility-

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 6 months –1 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Education Counseling.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
