Solar Project Manager

The Solar Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end execution of utility-scale and commercial & industrial (C&I) solar power projects. The role involves coordination, monitoring, and successful completion of projects while ensuring adherence to quality, safety, budget, and timelines. The Project Manager will coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, government authorities, and internal teams to deliver projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution:

• Lead complete project execution from handover to commissioning.
• Develop project schedules, resource plans, and execution strategies.
• Monitor project milestones and ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate civil, structural, electrical, and mechanical activities.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Client & Stakeholder Management:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution.
• Attend review meetings and submit progress reports.
• Coordinate with DISCOMs, CEIG, TANGEDCO, TNPDCL, and other statutory authorities for approvals and inspections.

Documentation:

• Maintain project documentation including:
• Daily Progress Reports (DPR)
• Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports
• Material reconciliation
• BOQ tracking
• Site instructions
• As-built drawings
• Testing & Commissioning reports

Testing & Commissioning :

• Coordinate pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
• Ensure completion of punch points.
• Support synchronization and performance testing.
• Handover completed projects with all documentation.
