Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesSource, screen, and interview candidates for housekeeping, supervisors, janitors, and other support staff.
- Post job openings on job portals, social media, and local recruitment channels.
- Coordinate interviews and employee selection.
- Complete employee onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR databases.
- Coordinate joining formalities, uniforms, and site deployment.
- Handle employee queries and resolve basic HR issues.
- Support payroll by maintaining attendance and leave records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations.
- Coordinate with operations and field supervisors to meet manpower requirements.
- Assist in employee engagement, training, and retention activities.
