Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesPick up and deliver orders to customers within assigned areas.
- Ensure timely and safe delivery of parcels/products.
- Verify delivery details and obtain customer signatures or OTP confirmation.
- Handle cash-on-delivery (COD) payments when required.
- Maintain delivery records and update delivery status through mobile applications.
- Follow traffic rules and company safety guidelines.
- Report any delivery issues, delays, or vehicle-related problems to the supervisor.
- Keep the motorcycle in good working condition.
