Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Manage and lead the sales team to improve performance and conversions.
  • Handle customer enquiries, consultations, and project discussions.
  • Convert leads into confirmed interior projects.
  • Coordinate with designers and project teams for smooth customer experience.
  • Maintain CRM records and prepare sales reports.
  • Build relationships with channel partners, builders, and referral sources.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience with at least 1 year of team handling experience.
  • Experience in Interior, Real Estate, Construction, Furniture, Home Improvement, or related industries preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM software.


Preferred Candidate:

  • Prior experience in residential interior sales.
  • Strong local market understanding and networking skills.
  • Ability to handle premium customers and high-value deals.
