Relationship Manager – Job Description
We are looking for a Relationship Manager with minimum 1 year of experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
- Handle client queries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business development
- Follow up with clients regularly for feedback and service improvement
- Maintain records of client interactions and transactions
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as Relationship Manager or in a similar role
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Immediate joiners preferred
