About the Job:
We are hiring a Google Ads Specialist to manage paid ad campaigns for our US-based clients. Night shift role with company cab facility (pickup & drop).
Job Type: Full-time
Shift: Night Shift (9 PM to 6 AM IST)
Location: Mohali / Chandigarh (Work from Office)
Cab: Company provided pickup and drop
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Performance Max)
- Keyword research and ad copywriting
- Manage budgets, bids, and negative keywords
- Set up conversion tracking (GA4, Google Tag Manager)
- Monitor performance and optimize campaigns daily
- Prepare performance reports for clients
Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years experience in Google Ads / PPC
- Knowledge of Search campaigns, keyword match types, negative keywords
- Familiar with GA4 and conversion tracking
- Good English (for US client work)
- Google Ads certification preferred
- Comfortable with night shift
- Based in Mohali / Chandigarh
