Telecaller

A Telecalling Executive is responsible for contacting potential and existing customers to promote products or services, answer customer queries, and generate sales or leads.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound and receive inbound calls.

Explain products and services to customers.

Generate leads and convert them into sales.

Maintain customer records and follow up with prospects.

Resolve customer queries professionally.

Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.

Requirements:

Good communication skills.

Basic computer knowledge.

Confidence and a positive attitude.

Ability to convince customers.

Experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.

टेलीकॉलिंग एग्जीक्यूटिव का काम संभावित और मौजूदा ग्राहकों से संपर्क करके प्रोडक्ट्स या सर्विसेज़ को प्रमोट करना, ग्राहकों के सवालों का जवाब देना और सेल्स या लीड्स जनरेट करना होता है।

ज़िम्मेदारियाँ:

आउटबाउंड कॉल करना और इनबाउंड कॉल रिसीव करना।

ग्राहकों को प्रोडक्ट्स और सर्विसेज़ के बारे में बताना।

लीड्स जनरेट करना और उन्हें सेल्स में बदलना।

ग्राहकों का रिकॉर्ड रखना और संभावित ग्राहकों (प्रॉस्पेक्ट्स) से फ़ॉलो-अप करना।

पेशेवर तरीके से ग्राहकों के सवालों का समाधान करना।

रोज़ाना और महीने के कॉलिंग और सेल्स टारगेट पूरे करना।

ज़रूरी योग्यताएँ:

अच्छी कम्युनिकेशन स्किल्स।

बेसिक कंप्यूटर की जानकारी।

आत्मविश्वास और पॉज़िटिव नज़रिया।

ग्राहकों को मनाने या समझाने की क्षमता।

टेलीकॉलिंग या कस्टमर सर्विस का अनुभव हो तो बेहतर है, लेकिन ज़रूरी नहीं है।
