Job Overview :
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support daily operations. The ideal candidate will manage data, coordinate with engineers, handle compliance processes, and ensure smooth communication with internal teams and UK-based staff.
Key Responsibilities :
- Work on company software and manage operations
- Create and update site records add equipment from provided lists
- Raise job requests and allocate tasks to engineers
- Manage and maintain engineers’ diaries and schedules
- Handle client calls and maintain strong communication
- Draft and respond to emails with internal teams and UK staff
- Generate quotations and invoices using client software
- Manage high-priority calls and urgent service requests
- Allocate and supervise tasks for junior staff members
- Coordinate emergency tasks assigned by UK team
- Handle in-house telephone coordination with engineers
- Manage material requirements and access arrangements with UK team
- Perform miscellaneous administrative and operational tasks
Skills Required :
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, Word, Email)
- Basic knowledge of Networking
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Good task prioritization and time management
- Team player with a proactive attitude
- Intermediate communication skills (verbal & written English)
Eligibility Criteria :
- Bachelor’s degree in BCA or computer/networking related field
- Fresher or 1 year of experience in a back-office or networking role (preferred)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
