Accounting Assistant

Job Description (JD)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive/Accounts Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, strong attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records.

• Key ResponsibilitiesEnter daily accounting transactions including sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in accounting software (e.g., Nakoda and Excel).
• Assist in preparing basic reports like cash book, ledger summaries, and outstanding reports.
• Verify and reconcile data discrepancies in entries and reports.
• Organize and file physical and digital documents related to accounts.
• Support the accounts team in invoice generation and tracking.
• Maintain data confidentiality and adhere to company policies.
