Job Description

e are looking for a Labour Supervisor to manage and coordinate daily shopfloor operations in our rubber manufacturing unit.Responsibilities:Supervise labour for molding, mixing, cutting, and packing processesEnsure targets, quality, and safety norms are met dailyAllocate work, monitor attendance, and maintain disciplineCoordinate with production and HR for manpower planningReport production output, absenteeism, and issues to managementEnforce PPE, 5S, and housekeeping standardsRequirements:2-4 years experience in rubber/ manufacturing industryKnowledge of rubber processes and worker managementGood communication in Tamil/Hindi/English
