Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our solar energy team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting prospective customers, promoting the company's solar products and services, and achieving sales targets. The role involves field visits, customer relationship management, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, and local marketing activities.
- Meet residential, commercial, and industrial customers to understand their energy requirements.
- Promote and explain the features, benefits, and cost savings associated with solar energy systems.
- Conduct site visits and gather customer requirements for system design and estimation.
- Coordinate with the technical team for feasibility assessments and project proposals.
- Prepare and share quotations and proposals with prospective customers.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales and installation process.
- Coordinate with the installation and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain daily visit reports and update customer information in CRM systems.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and government policies related to solar energy.
