Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Operational Firefighting & Problem Solving·
Act as the primary point of contact for resolving urgent operational challenges.
· Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth business operations.
· Identify issues proactively and implement effective solutions.
· Handle crisis situations with professionalism and composure.
Executive & Administrative Support·
Manage the Director's calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel schedules.
· Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and maintain records.
· Draft and manage official communications, reports, and correspondence.
· Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems.
Client & Brand Management·
Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and business partners.
· Assist in managing relationships with key clients and brands.
· Prepare client presentations and ensure timely follow-ups.
Project Management & Coordination·
Support planning and execution of projects related to distribution, manufacturing, and retail operations.
· Track project timelines and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
· Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Operational Assistance·
Support day-to-day business operations.
· Assist in inventory tracking, supply chain coordination, and production schedules.
· Prepare operational and performance reports for management review.
Research & Reporting·
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
· Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
· Prepare MIS reports, business analyses, and presentations.
Special Projects & Strategic Support·
Support the Director in launching new products, brands, and business initiatives.
· Handle confidential information with complete discretion.
· Recommend process improvements and support strategic planning.
Candidate Requirements Educational Qualification·
MBA in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations, or a related discipline (Mandatory).
Experience·
Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role.
· Experience in distribution, manufacturing, retail, FMCG, or consumer electronics industries will be preferred.
Skills Required·
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
· Knowledge of project management tools will be an added advantage.
