Position:Collection Telecaller

Location:Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh

Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year

Salary:**Upto ₹18k per month + Incentives 

Key Responsibilities:

* Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending payments and overdue accounts.

* Follow up with customers to ensure timely payment of outstanding dues.

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.

* Resolve customer queries related to payments, billing, and account status.

* Negotiate repayment schedules within company guidelines.

* Update collection reports and MIS on a daily basis.

* Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.

* Ensure compliance with company policies and collection procedures.

 Requirements:

* Minimum 6 Months of experience as a Telecaller, Collection Executive, or in a similar role.

* Good communication and negotiation skills in Telugu and basic English.

* Ability to handle customer conversations professionally and politely.

* Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/MS Excel.

* Strong follow-up and persuasion skills.

* Immediate joiners will be preferred.
