About Us

Urban Feat Consulting is a growing US Staffing organization specializing in delivering high-quality IT talent to Direct Clients, MSPs, Prime Vendors, and Implementation Partners across the United States.

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Account Manager/BDM who can manage client accounts, coordinate with recruiters, improve interview conversions, and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

·      Handle Direct Clients, MSPs, Prime Vendors, and Implementation Partners.

·      Receive and prioritize client requirements.

·      Coordinate with recruiters for quick and quality submissions.

·      Follow up with clients regarding resume status, interview schedules, and feedback.

·      Manage interview scheduling and candidate coordination.

·      Negotiate rates whenever required.

·      Maintain daily reports for Requirements, Submissions, Interviews, Offers, and Joinings.

·      Build strong relationships with existing clients.

·      Identify new business opportunities and support business development.

·      Ensure timely communication between clients, recruiters, and candidates.

Required Skills

·      2–5 years of experience in US IT Staffing.

·      Excellent communication and client-handling skills.

·      Experience working with Direct Clients, MSPs, Prime Vendors, and Implementation Partners.

·      Good understanding of the US Recruitment Lifecycle.

·      Knowledge of Visa Types (USC, GC, H1B, OPT, CPT, EAD, etc.).

·      Experience using ATS (CEIPAL, JobDiva, Bullhorn, etc.).

·      Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.

·      Ability to manage multiple client accounts.

·      Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.

·      Target-oriented and self-motivated.

·      Experience improving interview-to-placement ratios.
