Job Description
Collect documents, payments, or materials from designated locations.
Ensure safe and timely delivery of all assigned items.
Maintain delivery records and obtain acknowledgments when required.
Follow traffic rules and company safety guidelines during deliveries.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office premises.
Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Assist with photocopying, scanning, filing, and other basic office tasks.
Arrange meeting rooms and support office events when required.
