Job SummaryWe are looking for a Tourism Executive to manage travel inquiries, prepare tour packages, coordinate bookings, and provide excellent customer service. The candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with domestic and international travel requirements while ensuring smooth tour operations.

*Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
• Prepare quotations and customized tour itineraries.
• Book hotels, flights, transport, sightseeing, and travel services.
• Coordinate with vendors, hotels, airlines, and local partners.
• Assist customers with visa and travel documentation requirements.
• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into bookings.
• Resolve customer issues before, during, and after travel.
• Maintain booking records and customer databases.
• Support marketing and promotional activities for tour packages.
• Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.

*Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry.
• Knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of visa processes and travel documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office and internet-based booking portals.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple bookings.

*Preferred Skills :

• Tour package costing and itinerary planning.
• Sales and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with travel CRM or booking software.

*Qualification:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Degree/Diploma in Travel & Tourism preferred.
