We are hiring a skilled North Indian Cook for our busy open-plan cloud kitchen. You will prepare simple, comforting, home-style meals for students, PGs, and office workers. Since we handle a high volume of bulk orders, you must work fast to ensure quick delivery. We maintain a strict clean-as-you-go policy to keep our open kitchen spotless. Please note that this role requires working in break shifts.

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Cook home-style meals: Prepare simple, tasty North Indian vegetarian dishes daily.
• Handle bulk orders: Cook large quantities quickly to meet rapid delivery times.
• Maintain open kitchen hygiene: Clean countertops and wash tools continuously while cooking.
• Manage kitchen expenses: Control portions and minimise waste to lower food costs.
• Work break shifts: Split your day to cover lunch and dinner rush hours.
