Job Description

  • Monitor live and recorded CCTV footage across all Brown Sugar locations.
  • Identify and report SOP violations, theft, misconduct, hygiene, safety, and cash handling issues.
  • Prepare daily surveillance reports with timestamps.
  • Escalate critical incidents to the concerned department immediately.
  • Retrieve CCTV footage for internal investigations.
  • Maintain confidentiality of surveillance data.
  • Report camera or system faults to the technical team.
