We Are Hiring: Jio Fiber Associate
Organization: Reliance Jio
Location: Ludhiana, Punjab
Salary: Up to ₹16,000 per month
Job Overview
Reliance Jio is looking for a dedicated and technically skilled Jio Fiber Associate to join our team in Ludhiana. The candidate will be responsible for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Jio Fiber broadband services while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation and activation of Jio Fiber broadband connections at customer premises
- Fiber cable laying, routing, and splicing (if required)
- Configuration and setup of ONT (Optical Network Terminal) and routers
- Diagnosing and resolving network and connectivity issues
- Performing routine maintenance and fault repairs
- Attending customer complaints and providing timely resolutions
- Maintaining daily service and installation reports
- Ensuring service quality and minimal downtime
Eligibility Criteria
Education (Mandatory):
- ITI (Electronics / Electrical / Networking)
- or
- Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Telecom Engineering
Experience:
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in telecom / broadband services preferred
- Freshers with relevant technical qualifications may also apply
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of fiber broadband technology
- Knowledge of router configuration and LAN/WAN networking
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in field operations
- Good communication and customer handling skills
Additional Requirements
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred
- Familiarity with local areas of Ludhiana
- Willingness to work flexible hours
