Position Summary

The Marketing Executive/Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our Aluminum and UPVC window and door solutions. The role involves lead generation, brand promotion, digital marketing, customer engagement, and coordination with sales teams to increase market share and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Brand Development

* Develop and implement marketing plans to promote Aluminum and UPVC windows and doors.

* Build and enhance brand awareness in target markets.

* Create and manage marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.

Lead Generation & Business Development Support

* Generate qualified leads through digital and traditional marketing activities.

* Develop relationships with architects, builders, contractors, interior designers, and real estate developers.

* Support the sales team with marketing materials and lead nurturing activities.

* Track campaign performance and optimize lead generation efforts.

Market Research & Analysis

* Conduct competitor analysis and market research.

* Identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and business opportunities.

* Prepare regular reports on marketing performance, campaign effectiveness, and ROI.

Customer Engagement

* Maintain relationships with existing clients and channel partners.

* Collect customer feedback and coordinate with internal teams to improve customer experience.

* Assist in organizing customer visits, product demonstrations, and promotional activities.

Required Qualifications

* 12th or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

* 0–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in building materials, construction products, windows & doors, interiors, or related industries.

* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

* Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the Aluminum, uPVC, Glass, Façade, Construction, or Building Materials industry.

* Existing network with architects, builders, contractors, and developers.

* Knowledge of B2B and project-based marketing.
