Job Description
Maintain daily security records and reports.
Monitor gate entry and exit of vehicles, visitors, and employees.
Keep attendance and duty rosters of security guards.
Coordinate with security staff regarding shift management and deployment.
Prepare and maintain security-related documents and registers.
Monitor CCTV footage and report any unusual activities.
Ensure compliance with company security policies and procedures.
Assist in investigations of security incidents, theft, or misconduct.
Coordinate with HR and administration departments for security matters.
Prepare monthly security reports and submit to management.
