Job SummaryPavithra Toolings is seeking an experienced Electrical & Maintenance Engineer to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of production machinery, electrical systems, utilities, and plant equipment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives to maximize machine uptime and productivity.

• Key ResponsibilitiesElectrical MaintenanceMaintain and troubleshoot electrical systems, control panels, motors, drives, PLCs, and industrial wiring.
• Diagnose and rectify electrical faults in production machinery.
• Ensure proper maintenance of transformers, DG sets, compressors, and other utilities.
• Monitor electrical power consumption and recommend energy-saving initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and statutory regulations.
• Mechanical & Machine MaintenancePerform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
• Maintain spring manufacturing machines, presses, wire forming machines, and other plant equipment.
• Coordinate installation, commissioning, and relocation of machinery.
• Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and equipment history.
• Ensure availability of critical spare parts and consumables.
• Preventive MaintenanceDevelop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
• Monitor machine performance and recommend improvements to reduce downtime.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring machine failures.
• Safety & ComplianceEnsure compliance with electrical safety regulations.
• Conduct periodic inspections of machines and utilities.
• Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures during maintenance.
• Support ISO/IATF quality and safety requirements.
• DocumentationMaintain maintenance logs and service reports.
• Prepare monthly maintenance reports, downtime analysis, and spare parts consumption reports.
• Coordinate with vendors for AMC and external service support.
• Required QualificationsDiploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), or Mechatronics.
• 3–8 years of experience in maintenance within an automotive or manufacturing industry.
• Experience in spring manufacturing, wire forming, stamping, or precision engineering industries is preferred.
